Scaffolding Association Assessed Members, TIS (NGA) Ltd, have opened a new rope access training centre in Billingham. The facility has been designed to ensure that all aspects of rope access techniques required to complete works in the field can be trialled in a life like environment, as well as offering a quality classroom environment.
This design has been produced through the Directors knowledge and experience which has be gained over numerous years in the industry plus previously designed and constructed training centres.
The training centre is fully IRATA approved and all individuals successfully completing the training courses will receive the appropriate IRATA certification.
This is a tremendous achievement for the company as it provides TIS (NGA) LTD’s now with the ability to have a training revenue stream, exposure to the rope access fraternity and the ability to upskill its own workforce.
Managing Director Gary King stated:

excellent training of rope access techniques”
The facility went live on the 3rd May 2021.
